This event will be taking place between January 11th and February 12th 2021. Greg will be hosting a total of 5 action packed classes at our Roseville MAP Training Facility that is less than a mile away from Acton Academy!

Greg owns MAP Training, a gym and personal training service built on the foundation of functional movement and bringing out your inner athlete!
Greg has traveled the world to compete at the highest level of professional paintball for over 15 years!
Throughout the last 10 years, Greg has turned his focus to teaching the next generation of athletes what it takes to reach the highest level of athletics and how to apply an athlete’s mentality to everything they pursue in life.
With these years experience, Greg has achieved a high level training, including a BA in food and nutrition, a speciality in corrective exercise, and a host of different certifications in varying training techniques.

Our classes will focus around Kickboxing. Students will learn proper offensive and defensive techniques, work in teams to complete gamified objectives and be able to work 1 on 1 with a trainer during each class.
Throughout our classes, students will also have the opportunity to learn about proper nutrition, how to fuel their bodies for activity and how to improve their overall coordination through agility training.

I know you already started this 5 week class last week, but wondering if there is room left in the Acton class if we wanted to jump in this week?

Yes! There are still a few open spots, so please feel free to jump in! You can drop your kid(s) off at our location; 325 Riverside Ave, Roseville. We are about a 5 min. walk to Acton and will bring them back to Acton for you to pick-up at noon. If you have any questions before hand, feel free to reach out to me directly at 916-642-9942.

Yes, we offer regular kids kickboxing classes at 4pm Monday, Tuesday and Thursday each week! You are welcome to come try one of our regular courses free!
