**Group Training requires 3 or more participants
Group Training is a great way to stay motivated while you work towards your goals! We utilize fitness programs designed to keep you, your friends, family and/or significant other moving. We customize your workout programs to help your group attack those fitness goals head on!
By signing up for our Group Training program, we are able to walk you through your exercises in our own MAP Gym. We will be constantly changing your workouts to keep the entire group working hard, efficient and together!
This style of training allows us to access your abilities quickly and make sure you are getting the best results from your workouts! Even though we will be working in a group, We will tailor each exercise to your individual fitness level!
