1. Nutrition Plan - Your plan will completely be customized to you! You will have your choice to choose from 3 healthy eating techniques, and based on your goals and preferences, we will create a breakdown of how you should be consuming your calories and provide a sample of what a day of eating will look like on your new diet!
** Your nutrition plan will be updated half way through the challenge to account for weight lost/gained.
2. Workout Plan - Your custom fitness plan will account for whatever time you have available and adjust for the equipment you have access to! You will receive a printable 3-4 day workout plan with all of your exercises hyper linked to MAP instructional videos, so you can be sure you are getting the most from your hard work!
** I will also be providing extra workout plans through emailed links for those extra motivated athletes!

The winner will be chosen based on photo comparisons from Day 1 to Day 30. The challenge is based on an overall physical transformation. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, or burn fat, this challenge is for you!
