Team Training classes are in groups of 2 – 5 people. We keep these sessions small to make sure you are still able to receive personalized help from your MAP Personal Trainer/Coach.
By signing up for our Team Training class, you will be able to reserve your station in our own MAP Training gym. Each station is equipped with everything you’ll need to experience a functional, effective and fun workout!
