WHY MAP TRAINING?

MAP Training programs are specifically designed to build a functional, powerful and efficient body. Owned and operated by professional athlete and world champion, Greg Siewers, each session in your program will be customized to fit your needs through corrective exercise techniques,  full body movements and varying intensity levels.

MAP Training also offers personalized meal plans to help support your workouts, while still allowing you to live a realistic lifestyle. Your meal plans are also designed by owner Greg Siewers. With his BA in Food & nutrition and a speciality in sports nutrition, you will be sure to get a meal plan that will work for you!

WHEN ARE THE CLASSES?

Your membership allows you to attend any of the weekly First Responder Workout classes as many times as you want at the following times:

Monday – 8:00 am or 2pm
Tuesday – 8:00 am, 11:00 am or 2:00 pm
Wednesday – 8:00 am
Thursday – 8:00 am, 11:00 am or 2:00 pm
Friday – 8:00 am or 2:00 pm

WHAT’S INCLUDED FOR FIRST RESPONDERS?

  • 1 Hour Training Session with a Certified MAP Trainer in the MAP Gym
  • Reserved station in a group of 2 – 5 members of your team
  • Custom Workouts designed to make you faster and stronger on the job
  • Injury prevention training
  • Meal planning & supplementation assistance
